- Payments

Retail Customers:
We accept Visa and MasterCard and process them through PayPal account. We also accept Bank transfer only for Saudi Arabia customers. 

Wholesale Clients:
We now accept PayPal payment method for wholesale orders but the customer should contact us in wholesale@YathribStore.com.

- Shipping

We ship worldwide via Airmail (trackable) that usually takes from 15-25 days. If you need faster shipping, please, select EMS (Express method) option in our checkout page. EMS usually takes around 6 to 10 days. Customs may delay some shipments for checking. We hope to add some time for shipments.

- Order Verification

Please note that a verification of your order is done by phone call and the order will be shipped within 3 - 6 working days from the date the verification was done.

- Customs and Duties

Each country has its own policy regarding customs and taxes. YathribStore has no control over this, hence we cannot guarantee that your order will not be taxed neither can we predict the cost of the taxes imposed by these government agencies.

- Privacy

Contact information (like email address) that we collect from the order form and feedback form are used to send orders to our clients and to reply to their inquiries. Never do we use these information for advertisement purposes and never do we sell or share these information with any third party.

- Security

YathribStore.com knows that security is very important to our clients. YathribStore.com uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer), to protect clients when they make payments through their system. Never do we store credit card information on our server.

- Return and Exchange

Yathrib Store guarantees customer satisfaction with every purchase. We honor returns of products as long as we receive the goods in our original package, unwashed or soiled within 45 days from the date that we shipped them. We assure our customers that we will make the return and exchange procedure as smooth and as convenient as possible.

 Refund Requests:  We refund full order cost on products having manufacturing defects or damages.

 Exchange Requests: 

• For defective products, YathribStore will replace the items and will ship back to the customer for free.
• For reasons other than defects or damages, YathribStore will replace the products but the customer will pay for the re-shipping cost. Returned goods should be received within 45 days after we have shipped out the items.

- Clearance Products: 

• Please note that clearance items are very limited stock and can not be returned for neither exchange nor refund.

In all cases, YathribStore does not pay for the shipping cost incurred by the customer in returning the product. The same principle applies when you buy from a local store. Even if the merchandise is defective, the local store will not reimburse you for the time and fuel you have spent to drive back to the store for returns nor will it send out a driver to pickup the defective merchandise.
